These terms apply when you order from Deadset Stickers. By placing an order, you agree to them. Deadset Stickers is based in Victoria, Australia.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Shipping is a flat $13 per order, including GST.
- The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We may change our prices from time to time, but that won't affect orders you've already placed.
- Payment is taken securely through Stripe when you place your order.
Your order
Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through and you receive a receipt. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we can't print the artwork (see "Artwork we can't print" below) or if there's an obvious error, such as a pricing mistake on our website.
Sizes
Our sizes are listed as squares, like 7.5 × 7.5 cm. We scale your design so its longest side matches the size you choose, so the other side may be shorter. Finished sizes may vary slightly as part of normal printing and cutting.
Your artwork
- You keep ownership. Your artwork stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to produce your order, including making proofs.
- You must have the rights to it. By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it won't infringe anyone else's copyright, trade marks or other rights. You're responsible for any claims that arise if it does.
- We won't share it. We won't use your design for anything else, including showing it on our website or social media, without your permission.
Artwork we can't print
We can refuse to print artwork that we believe is illegal, offensive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. If we can't print your artwork, we'll let you know and refund that part of your order.
Proofs
- Before we print anything, we'll email you an online proof showing how your stickers will be printed and cut.
- Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, colours, size and layout.
- Production starts once you approve your proof. We can't be responsible for errors that were visible on a proof you approved.
Colours and quality
- Colours can look different on screens than in print. We print in CMYK, so RGB artwork may shift slightly in colour.
- For the best results, follow our artwork requirements: vector files (PDF, AI or EPS) with fonts converted to outlines, or images (JPEG, PNG or TIFF) at 300 dpi at full size.
- Small variations in colour and cutting between print runs are normal and aren't considered faults.
Turnaround and delivery
Orders are printed and shipped within 3 business days of you approving your proof. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier and your location. See our shipping and returns policy for details.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund before you approve your proof. After that, your order is custom made and can't be cancelled. We don't offer refunds for change of mind. If your order is faulty, we'll reprint it or refund you. See our shipping and returns policy for the full details.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an order is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid for it.
Your information
We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
